Scope of Works

ATOL Construction carried out fire-stopping works to this beautiful six-story building located in the heart of Hoxton which includes 98 modern offices, workshops, and studio spaces.

The building was constructed with a steel frame structure recycling part of the existing building foundations. Designed with an industrial theme.

Preparation

All areas to be surveyed and tested for the correct loadings, all areas under loadings to be completed and top coated.

The total area of intumescent unfinished to be completed onsite from site instruction from the main contractor.

All areas are required to be masked including exposed walls/ceiling and protective flooring applied to assure protection from overspray.

Installation

Steel intumescent coating system to be applied as recommended by manufacturers loadings to achieve the integrity specification required.
