Scope of Works

We were asked by the main contractor. Clean all areas from contamination, once clean then apply Dulux Metalshield primer to the manufacturer’s specification of 1 coat, followed by 1 coat at 90 microns of Dulux Metalshield topcoat to be applied at 80 microns wet as per the manufactures specification.

Area to be ground down and prepared to SA2.5 standard by another, ATOL to clean all areas from contamination, once clean then apply 1 coat of primer to the manufacturer’s specification followed by one coat of the Nullifire intumescent coating to the manufactures specification to bring forward to the existing coating level.

Daily environmental and atmosphere test are taken during the application of the coating system and are recorded.


Clean all areas from contamination and grinding down.

Installation of Dulux Metalshield primer and Dulux Metalshield top coat system to the ribbed decking, all in accordance with the site survey, drawings, including information supplied and manufactures recommendations.
