Port Lympne Zoo — Kent

Scope of Works

ATOL Had the pleasure and was responsible for fireproofing and protecting timbers in the historic Port Lympne Zoo in Kent manor house.

Preparation

All areas to be surveyed and tested for the correct loadings, all areas under loadings to be completed and top coated.

The total area of intumescent unfinished is to be completed onsite from site instruction from the main contractor.

All areas are required to be masked including exposed walls/ceiling and protective flooring applied to assure protection from overspray.

Installation

Intumescent coating system to be applied as recommended by manufacturers loadings to achieve the integrity specification required for timber.
